This habitat was designed by, and for İki Mimar Arch. and Constr. Company office a team of 25 people, in Ankara, Türkiye.

habC2 333 is located at a corner plot between commercial and residential villas in the suburban area of Çankaya, Ankara. The 333 m² and one-story H-shaped plan provides an interior courtyard allowing a welcoming entrance to the office while forming a relaxation area for the office users. The two side wings of the office mainly serve the two working zones, while the middle is designed for public facilities, such as meetings and services.

The terra-cotta façade panels and vertical ivy openings in these panels give a natural impression. The office uses maximum amount of available daylight obtained through full-height thermal glazing. The front and back terraces give the opportunity to enjoy every hour of the day in the most efficient way.

The high ceilings of the interiors create a spacious working environment. The use of wood materials on all surfaces not only gives a warm and natural office feel but also increases work performance and creativity. A wide glazed opening in the meeting room at the center of the office establishes visual continuity with the building’s exterior
